Dr. Stathopoulos (she/her) attended the 7-year medical program at the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education, received her M.D. from SUNY Downstate Medical School in New York, and went on to complete her pediatric residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Montefiore Hospital. Her career in private practice began in Bergen County in 1998, and she joined Denville Pediatrics in 2015.

Dr. Stathopoulos has a special interest in breastfeeding and in helping moms and babies do this successfully. She is board certified as a lactation consultant and a member of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine. Dr. Stathopoulos lives in Rockaway Township with her husband and has two grown children. Although born and raised in the United States, she speaks fluent Greek.
